Dholera Collective was a plotting scheme with no buildings designed yet. The client needed to show what the land could become: bungalows, gardens and shared amenities working together as one community. The renders served both audiences a builder needs: investors to back the project, and buyers to purchase what would be built. Every view had to make the possibilities easy to picture.
